When you complete an estimate request or contact form we collect your name, telephone number, email address, the location of your property and the details of the project you describe. If you send drawings, planning references, photographs or specifications, we collect those too.

Enquiries that do not proceed to a quotation are deleted within twelve months. Quotations and project records are retained for as long as needed to administer the contract, our insurance and any guarantee period, and then for the periods required by tax and construction legislation. Records relating to structural work may be kept for the life of the guarantee.

We restrict access to personal information to the people who need it to do their job, use reputable providers for hosting and email, and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against loss or unauthorised access.
